What is Business Manager in SFCC?

How accurate is this simulator?
Every simulation is modeled after the real SFCC Business Manager UI and behavior. While it does not connect to a live Salesforce instance, the flows, form fields, and configuration logic reflect the actual platform as closely as possible.
Can I use this to prepare for SFCC certification?
