Open Merchant Tools > Products & Catalogs > Inventory, then choose the inventory list you want to manage.

Navigate to Inventory
In Business Manager, open Merchant Tools > Products & Catalogs > Inventory to work with inventory lists and stock records.
Search by product ID to jump directly to a product record in this inventory list.
Limit the search to products already included in the current inventory list.
Run the search and load the matching product inventory records.

Review the current inventory values before opening a product record for editing.
This inventory record belongs to the selected product.
Use this when the storefront should treat the product as always available instead of tracking a finite quantity.
This is the starting quantity used to calculate sellable stock when perpetual availability is turned off.
When allocation resets, the baseline quantity starts over from this date.
Choose how the storefront should respond once regular stock reaches zero.
This adds the quantity customers can still buy after normal stock is depleted.
Show when fresh inventory is expected to become available.
Turnover tracks exported stock transactions that happened after the last allocation reset.
On Order captures unexported inventory transactions that are still pending finalization.
Stock level is the remaining on-hand inventory after subtracting turnover and on-order units from the allocation.
ATS is the quantity the storefront can actually sell, including preorder or backorder rules when they apply.
This summarizes the product’s current storefront availability based on the inventory values above.
Step Guidance
Open Merchant Tools > Products & Catalogs > Inventory, then choose the inventory list you want to manage.
Go to the Records tab to search for products already tracked in the inventory list and review their current stock values.
Use the edit record screen to change allocation and related availability settings for the selected product.
Stock allocation affects how much inventory is available for storefront selling after turnover and on-order quantities are applied.
