Review the inventory lists already configured in the instance and the site IDs they support.

Remove the selected inventory list after choosing one or more rows.

Inventory Lists

Start in Merchant Tools > Products & Catalogs > Inventory to review the inventory lists available in the instance and see which sites already use them.

•Each inventory list can be assigned to one or more sites.
•New creates a fresh list, while Delete removes an existing one.

Create Inventory List

Set the inventory list ID and description, then choose how the list should handle default availability, bundle availability, and on-order allocation.

Assign Sites

Choose the sites that should use this inventory list. The assignments determine where the list becomes active.

Review Records

Use the Records tab to search for products already tracked by the inventory list and inspect calculated availability values.

Edit Product Inventory

Update the product's allocation settings, backorder behavior, and calculated inventory values to reflect the expected storefront availability.

Security Note

Inventory behavior combines site assignment, product record values, and optional preorder or backorder rules.
