You must be invited by an Org Administrator to join the Salesforce sandbox.

The Invitation
Reach out to your SFCC Admin. They must add your email to the Account Manager (AM). You cannot sign up manually.

Credentials & 2FA
Once you receive the email, you'll set your password. SFCC requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by default.

Authentication
Install the Salesforce Authenticator on your phone.
Security Note
2FA is a mandatory platform security policy for all SFCC instances since 2022.
